Receptionist

We are an established medical office in Port Charlotte, Florida looking for a receptionist to join our team. We work hard to serve patients and provide an informative and enjoyable time in our office.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Maintains our telecommunications systems including phones and electronic medical records.
Aids our patients with their questions and establishes their care with us.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating the needs of our patients.
Contributes to a team effort to joyfully serve our patients' needs.

Work Hours & Benefits:

Hiring full and part-time.
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and life, and disability insurance.
We have a generous holiday, vacation, and sick time policies.
Hours are Monday through Friday. They can be flexible, but do not include nights or weekends.
